Jeremy Elmas is Vice President of WestStar TV Ltd, responsible for the growth, development and operation of WestStar’s businesses in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. With more than thirteen years of experience in the cable industry, he began as assistant to the chairman of WestStar TV Ltd, Rod Hansen, and moved up through various positions within his organizations.

Most recently from 2001 to 2006 he served as General Manager of Bermuda Cablevision. During that time Mr. Elmas oversaw a complete re-vamping of the company, including a total re-build of the cable system, transition to all-digital technology and preparation for the launch of high speed data services. The rollout of digital cable has proved to be very popular with customers, currently reaching over 90% of Bermuda Cablevision’s customers.

Mr. Elmas holds an MBA degree in Finance and a BA in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento, and technical certification from NCTI.
