M’khel Ferguson

M’khel Ferguson is an experienced business development and content strategist with 14 years of proven success in the telecommunications and hospitality industries.

Over the course of their career, M’khel has held key leadership roles, including TV Product Manager and Marketing Manager at Cable Bahamas, where she contributed significantly to the company’s growth and strategic positioning. Currently, M’khel manages Content Management, Acquisition, and Strategy for ATN International, driving content optimization and alignment across the Cayman, Bermuda and USVI markets.

In addition to their professional accomplishments, M’khel serves as a board member of the Caribbean Cable Cooperative (COOP) and the Caribbean Cable and Telecommunications Association (CCTA), playing a vital role in shaping the future of the region’s cable and telecommunications sectors.

Beyond her professional life, M’khel is a devoted wife and mother, balancing career and family with a deep commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of life.

Víctor J. Montilla

Montilla is the Executive VP & COO of NAICOM Corp., overseeing operations, corporate strategy, sales, marketing, distribution, and channel acquisitions.

In his previous role, Montilla served as EVP of Global Distribution at Olympusat Inc., where he worked directly with the company’s CEO on distribution strategies and execution of all traditional and digital FAST channels as well as Content Sales and OTT distribution worldwide.

Montilla has also held leadership positions in other media companies, such as Telecinco Inc., where he developed, launched, and managed two TV Networks – including ABC Television Network affiliate in Puerto Rico, ABC5, and the new local television network, Vive TV. He also served as Executive Vice President for Casiano Communications, the largest and most experienced Hispanic publisher of periodicals and magazines in the United States.

In 2005, Montilla became the President of the Puerto Rico Public Broadcasting Corporation, leading two television stations, two radio stations, and an Internet portal. He spearheaded the Corporation’s evolution to high-definition digital production with the inauguration of modern, state-of-the-art facilities, making the public station the first on the island to produce and broadcast in high definition.

Throughout his career, Montilla has been recognized for his contributions to the media industry. He received the prestigious Governor’s Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in 2006. He was named Television Executive of the Year by AdNotas and received the Zenit Award from The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce in 2015. In 2016, the Sales and Marketing Executive Association honored him with the prestigious Top Management Award. In December 2017, he received The Silver Circle Award given by The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for professionals who have 25 years with a successful trajectory in the Television Industry.

Didier Allerte

Didier Alerte is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, project management, and telecommunications. As the CEO of IDEAL TV, he is leading the charge in revolutionizing satellite and IPTV solutions in the Caribbean market. His expertise spans e-commerce, SaaS, telecom, hardware, and subscription-based services, with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Didier has successfully negotiated content distribution deals, developed next-generation OTT and Direct-to-Home (DTH) platforms, and implemented scalable hospitality and residential TV solutions. His leadership experience includes senior roles at Amazon, NUTV, and Caterpillar Inc., where he spearheaded large-scale market expansions, digital transformations, and strategic partnerships.

Fluent in English and French, Didier is a results-driven professional, committed to delivering high-quality entertainment solutions, optimizing business operations, and expanding market reach.

Chris Killebrew

Mr. Killebrew’s career spans more than 30 years in the Cable Television industry. His experience has primarily focused on content strategy and distribution through his many years with Home Box Office, Turner Broadcasting and Fox, and he has advised/consulted Caribbean specific sports programmers as well as a variety of institutional investors as it relates to the cable television business.

John Gomez

As a transformational executive with foresight, John has an impressive history of
surpassing ambitious business goals by delivering revolutionary technology innovations.
A key achievement was the management and roll-out of digitalization over the entire
network ahead of schedule. Demonstrating both an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial
spirit, John has an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize valuable ideas, employing
strategies that maximize organizational capabilities, operations, service offerings, and
staff performance. Critical assets include intimate knowledge of Bahamian culture and
customs, along with a dedicated work ethic.

John joined Cable Bahamas Ltd. in 2001 as Director of Engineering. In 2003, he was
appointed Vice President of Engineering and in May 2016 he assumed his current
position as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Cable Bahamas, Mr. Gomez served
in senior positions at the Bahamas Electricity Corporation (B.E.C); he has garnered over
30 years of professional experience in the field of Engineering.

Mr. Gomez holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (International Business)
from the University of Miami and a Bachelors of Science (Electrical Engineering) from the
Florida Institute of Technology. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical).

Patricia Walters

Patricia Walters is a Highly Accomplished Business Transformation Leader with over 25 years of International experience.

A qualified account, she started her career in Finance, initially in the Retail and Shipping industries and then moved to Telecoms joining Cable & Wireless in the United Kingdom; holding positions as Financial Controller, Director & Company Secretary, C&W Cayman Islands, Financial Controller, C&W (St. Kitts & Nevis) Ltd., Chief Financial Officer at the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago (TSTT), Chief Executive Officer of C&W (St. Kitts & Nevis) Ltd. Regional Executive Vice President, C&W West Indies Ltd, Senior Vice President of Bahamas Telecommunications Company Ltd. She is currently the CEO of St. Kitts – Nevis Cable Communications Ltd. ‘The Cable’, St. Kitts.
